Aliso Viejo, California - American Zettler, Inc. has announced the arrival of the AZ986 as the latest addition to its line of automotive plug-in relays. The increasingly popular 280-ISO format is now available in a 40A version for more demanding applications, complementing the 20A, AZ984 relay. While most often found in automobile terminal or junction modules, this relay also finds service in heavy-duty trucks, RV's, marine equipment, off-highway vehicles, riding mowers and more. To ensure confidence in challenging environments, its rugged construction is rated for a continuous 30A load at 125°C. The AZ986 is offered with a 6, 12 or 24 volt coil, SPST or SPDT contact arrangement, dust cover or epoxy sealed. It can also be ordered with a weatherproof cover, which includes a convenient mounting bracket. A cost-effective, quality solution manufactured in our QS9000 facility, the AZ986 is the newest reason Zettler is the best choice.
