Viejo, California - American Zettler, Inc. introduces the latest in a series of
small, compact automotive power relaysâ€"the AZ9471. This subminiature PCB power relay can switch a 20 A motor and can carry up to 35 A for two
minutes. With silver nickel contacts, it can withstand an inrush of 40 A and, with silver tin oxide
contacts, it can withstand an inrush of 60 A. Coil voltages range from 6 to 24
volts, and the power consumption is only 0.6 W. The PCB footprint of this relay is only 0.295 square
inches. This relay is epoxy sealed for automatic wave soldering.
Pricing starts at $0.78 at 1,000 pieces.
